How To Order Promotional Products?
- Choose Your Product From Boost
Simply browse through our extensive online database and choose the item/s of your choice.
- Upload Your Logo (if applicable)
You can choose decorated or undecorated items at the time of your order. If you are printing your products, simply send us your logo and we can take care of the rest!
- Advise PMS Colours For Your Logo
All logos and text designs can be printed in colour/s of your choice. If you know the PMS colour for your logo, simply advise us on the online order process or mention this to one of our customer service operators. If you are unsure of the PMS colours our graphics team can provide the closest match for you.
- We Send You A Visual Mockup For Your Approval
At this time we shall send you a detailed PDF mockup of how the logo you have supplied to us will look on the items you are ordering. Each product you order will have a separate mockup.
- Approve Your Artwork
Simply approve the visual mockup/artwork that we send you and your order is then placed into production. Rest assured nothing will be printed until you approve your artwork.
- Payment
An invoice will be sent to you via email for payment. Your invoice can be paid with direct funds transfer or all major credit cards.
- Delivery
We deliver your custom printed promotional products within the specified timeframes. These timeframes will vary in Australia and will depend on your location. If you need items printed fast, consider using our URGENT service.
- Track & Trace
We send you a full track and trace with all orders. This enables your consignment to be carefully monitored if you are on tight timeframes or if you have multiple packages going to various destinations.
